○◙ Girls Wear Hats
“Girls Wear Hats”. My newest illustration of the Follicle Girls. It’s almost done. I thought I’d pass the time today by drawing and doing laundry. My mother and sisters come into town tomorrow. This will be my first time at the new venue Grand Central, so I plan on knocking people dead with my theatrical Marie Antoinette inspired curled and powdered bouffant, alongside a pair of wickedly drawn eyebrows. So reaching out to an influential and legitimate crowd and or individual is how networking really works, right? I emailed paper-doll.com and expressed my interest in working with them. Luckily they emailed back and told me they wanted to feature me as part of their artist project and as the “Featured Photographer”. I’m on my way!
